Oak Construction Projects are excited to share an update on our RGV Bosden project — a fantastic development we’re proud to be delivering for our client, Cityheart.
Located on Greek Street, Stockport, this scheme forms part of Cityheart’s Stopford Park development and comprises a new-build, six-storey residential block providing 62 high-quality apartments. Works commenced on site in January 2025, with piling and groundworks completed by April the same year. The LGSF frame began in May and was completed in August 2025. The external envelope is now completed along with the internal fit out works including the flooring, Kitchens and bathrooms. The project is expected to be completed and ready for handover by September 2026.
